You choose the focus: Firedancer mainnet readiness milestones, a specific SIMD under community review, Agave release notes, or a Foundation quarterly update. The facilitator screens shared sources beforehand and prepares a structured reading outline.
Outcome
You leave with a one-page summary of open questions, dependencies between proposed changes, and a suggested reading order for follow-up documents. No slide deck — this is document work.
