These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website spark-bridgecore.click and services provided by Spark BridgeCore Learning Library ("Spark BridgeCore," "we," "us"), registered at 536-1,Seobu-dong,Jinju-si,Gyeongsangnam-do, South Korea.

1. Acceptance

By accessing this website or booking a session, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use our site or services.

2. Services described

Spark BridgeCore provides educational reading materials, live briefing sessions, glossary workshops, roadmap consultations, and custom written research briefings about the Solana blockchain's documented history and upgrade proposals. We do not provide investment advice, wallet services, token custody, or software products.

3. Bookings and payment

Session fees are quoted on our pricing page. A deposit may be required to confirm booking. Full payment terms are communicated by email upon confirmation. Prices are informational on the website; the binding quote is in your booking confirmation.

4. Intellectual property

Articles, glossary entries, timeline content, and session materials are owned by Spark BridgeCore unless otherwise noted. You may quote brief excerpts with attribution and a link. You may not republish full articles, sell our materials, or redistribute session handouts without written permission.

Materials you submit for workshops remain yours; you grant us a limited license to annotate them for the session and shared glossary deliverable.

5. User conduct

You agree not to use our services for unlawful purposes, to harass facilitators or other participants, or to record sessions without prior consent.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

Content is provided for educational purposes. Blockchain networks change rapidly; we strive for accuracy but do not warrant that materials are complete or current at all times. Nothing we publish constitutes financial, legal, or tax advice.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by South Korean law, Spark BridgeCore shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gyeongsangnam-do, South Korea.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
