Refund Policy

This policy applies to paid sessions and written briefings offered by Spark BridgeCore Learning Library. Free online articles are not subject to refunds.

Session cancellations by you

• More than 7 days before session: Full refund of deposit and any balance paid
• 3–7 days before session: Deposit retained; balance refunded
• Less than 3 days before session: No refund; you may reschedule once within 60 days at no extra fee if we have availability

Rescheduling

One free reschedule is permitted if requested at least 72 hours before the session. Additional reschedules incur a ₩15,000 administrative fee. Rescheduled sessions must occur within 90 days of the original date.

No-shows

If you do not attend and did not cancel, the full session fee is forfeited. For group bookings, empty seats are not refunded unless cancelled per the timeline above.

Cancellations by Spark BridgeCore

If we cancel due to facilitator illness or unforeseen closure, you receive a full refund or priority rebooking — your choice. We notify you as soon as possible via email.

Custom research briefings

• Deposit (50% for written briefings) is non-refundable once research work begins
• "Work begun" means we have completed the scoping call and started primary source review
• If you cancel before work begins, deposit is refunded minus ₩30,000 scoping fee if a call was held
• Partial refunds may be issued if we fail to deliver by the agreed deadline and you choose not to accept a revised date

Non-refundable items

• Printed materials already shipped for your session
• Third-party document access fees we incurred on your behalf with prior approval
• Administrative fees noted above

Refund process

Email hello@spark-bridgecore.click with your booking reference. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. Bank transfers within Korea typically settle in 3–5 business days; PayPal refunds may take up to 14 days.

Deposits

Live sessions require a 30% deposit at booking. Custom briefings require 50% deposit. Deposits are applied to the total fee and are refunded according to the cancellation tiers above.

Disputes

If you believe a refund was incorrectly denied, reply to your booking thread within 14 days. We review and respond within 5 business days. Unresolved disputes are handled under the governing law stated in our Terms of Service.
